A needs assessment project conducted with a corporation located in Bloomington, IN, as the client. The purpose of this project was to identify needs of the new employee onboarding program in the company and make recommendations on how it could be realigned to make it more engaging for millennials. The final findings and practical recommendations were presented to the client.
